Your image-to-video tool might be ignoring your image
Two different products are sold under the same name. One takes your still as a literal first frame; the other reads it as a style reference and re-synthesises the shot from your text. A model that lands on the same wrong answer twice was never looking at your image. The test costs one generation.

FLAWLESS reconstructs the 2003 Antwerp diamond heist around an interview with the man who led it. The reconstruction is synthetic; the testimony is not, and that line decided every design choice in the film.
